Ketchup Strike is about ketchup, not anger. Teasing your rival is fine; turning a match into harassment is not. These rules are part of the Terms of Service.

Fine

• jokes, friendly trash talk, spraying graffiti over a defeated rival: that is what it is for;
• arguing about tactics without insults;
• streaming, recording and posting matches;
• reporting bugs and exploits to support; we thank you for useful finds.

Not fine

• Insults and harassment. Personal attacks, following a player from match to match, calling for mass reports without cause.
• Hate and discrimination based on nationality, race, religion, gender, orientation, disability and the like, in chat, voice, names or graffiti.
• Threats and doxxing. Threats of violence, publishing other people's personal data.
• Unacceptable names. Offensive, obscene, or posing as developers or moderators.
• Spam and advertising. Flooding chat and voice, advertising sites, selling accounts or keys.
• Ruining it for your team. Throwing a match, blocking teammates, leaving for rating, going AFK.
• Fixed matches and boosting. Colluding with the other team, playing for someone else, smurfing for rating.
• Cheats and exploits. Any third-party software that gives an advantage, and deliberate use of bugs.

What happens

One-off rudeness, spam	a warning; if repeated, a temporary ban
Repeated toxicity, harassment, hate	a 1–30 day ban from online modes; permanent if repeated
Leaving matches, AFK, throwing	leave penalties, a wait before matchmaking, rating loss
Fixed matches, boosting	rating reset, ban for everyone involved
Cheats, attacks on our services	a permanent ban without warning

We decide on match records and data. Appeals go through support, topic “Player report or ban”.

How to report

Use the support form: the offender's name and Steam profile, the match time and map, what happened. A video speeds things up a lot. False reports for revenge are a violation too.
